云蜂生物

深圳云蜂生物技术有限公司(简称云蜂生物)于2015年12月在深圳南山区注册成立,公司致力于应用前沿的分子生物学、基因组学、生物信息学技术服务于生命科学研究和人类健康领域。云蜂生物是由一支从事基因组学、分子生物学、生物信息学、计算机科学的年轻的科学家和国内顶尖科技人才组成的:拥有以博士和硕士为主体的核心团队,成员平均拥有5年以上的基因组学和生物信息学相关领域经验。

云蜂生物科研服务业务领域涵盖动植物方向和人方向,包括基因组de novo、动植物重测序、人全基因组重测序、外显子组测序、转录组测序、表达谱测序、表观遗传学测序、微生物基因组测序、单细胞组学等不同水平的高通量测序服务。

创始人

李奇斌,中国科学院基因组研究所博士,深圳云蜂生物技术有限公司创始人,前华大基因疾病研究部及产品研发部总监。过去十年主要使用新一代测序技术,开展复杂疾病易感基因筛选,人类群体进化,全基因组表观图谱构建等方向的研究工作,开发群体突变和结构变异检测等统计方法和分析软件。在华大基因先后主持过中丹糖尿病合作项目(LUCAMP),中国女性重度抑郁全基因组研究,精神类疾病创新研究(iPSYCH),慢性乙肝,瑶族人群体研究,狼疮肾炎等大型科研项目,同时参与了千人基因组计划,荷兰人基因组计划,UK10K等重大国际合作项目,在Cell, Nature,Nature Genetics, PLoS biology, Hepatology, Genome Biology等著名期刊上发表了近40篇文章。主要学术论文一览:
